We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join our team at The Morris Dancer in Kelsall. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading kitchen operations, driving food culture, and maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
About the Role
- Lead the kitchen team and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and dishes to enhance the dining experience
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
