About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Town Planning to join our client's team in central London. As a key member of the planning team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering high-quality projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of planning consultants and manage project budgets and timelines.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to generate new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's strategic direction and business growth plans.
  • Oversee the planning application process for major projects, leveraging your extensive experience and expertise.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in town planning, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and teams.
  • Excellent business development skills, with a strong ability to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of planning consultants.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
