Job Summary:

As a Strategic Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand Lead at TDA HR, you will play a critical role in driving the company's recruitment strategy and employer brand. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing multinational insurance firm, providing end-to-end recruitment solutions to find the best talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Spearhead new talent acquisition initiatives, in partnership with the Group TA COE and HRD, around emerging talent, inclusive hiring practices, employer brand, onboarding, and others as they arise.
  • Build and Maintain Employer Brand: Work with senior stakeholders to build the TA team brand and encourage hiring managers to engage with the in-house TA team at all levels.
  • Diagnose and Improve Talent Acquisition Performance: Diagnose talent acquisition performance to build strategic and innovative recruiting plans that deliver on required hiring needs.
  • Partner with Leadership Teams: Partner with leadership teams to understand staffing needs and priorities to develop both short-term and long-term recruiting strategies.
  • Build Talent Pipelines: Proactively build talent pipelines in line with hiring need and capability requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR Team: Collaborate with the HR team to review and refine the hiring processes to build a more consistent and scalable talent acquisition model for the reinsurance business.
  • Deliver a First-Class Candidate Experience: Be an employer brand ambassador for the group, delivering a first-class candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process for mid to senior level hires.
  • Manage and Support TA Associate: Management and support of a TA Associate.
  • Lead Strategic Talent Acquisition Initiatives: Lead on strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives, working with other CoE's & HRBP's, which align to the wider integrated HR Plan built to drive business growth and a high performance culture.
  • Utilize Recruiting Metrics and Analytics: Utilise recruiting metrics and analytics to provide insights that support strategic decision making and improve the talent acquisition experience/process.

Requirements:

  • Experience of Partnering Front Office Stakeholders: Experience of partnering front office stakeholders.
  • Management Experience: Management experience is desirable but strong collaboration and teamworking skills is essential.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically beyond the daily requirements i.e. support the HR Director and Group Head of Talent Acquisition on delivery of strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Stakeholder Management: A demonstrable ability to manage various stakeholder groups and shifting priorities.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, being able to generate a quality pipeline of candidates under tight time constraints.
  • Remote Work: A minimum of 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
