We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers in planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons, as well as providing individual support to students with ASC.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with additional needs and be able to work as part of a team to improve outcomes for pupils. You will be responsible for planning and delivering interventions to support academic and emotional wellbeing, and be actively engaged in improving your own skills through seeking constructive feedback.
The school is a large three-form entry school based in Acton, with a good Ofsted report and a supportive senior leadership team. The school is located in the heart of Acton, with nearby public transport services available.
