As a key member of our PMO Governance and Reporting team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of ESN programme Technology with Integrity and Assurance of processes and procedures supporting the Programme milestones are owned, delivered and managed with a transparent and standard based approach.
Key Accountabilities- Develop and maintain accurate resource forecasting and planning for ESN Finance, aligning with BT and Home Office forecast timelines.
- Manage the recruitment and release of project contractor resources, ensuring timely provision of resources and analysis to facilitate project delivery.
- Chair weekly ESN Resourcing Board meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and driving follow-up discussions and actions.
- Coordinate the annual Christmas Furlough exceptions process, liaising with Contingent Worker Team and seeking approval from ESN Finance, Senior HR Business Partner, and MD ESN.
- Update and maintain Org charts, ensuring alignment with current forecasts.
- Strong planning and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
- Excellent data analysis skills, with attention to detail and the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
- Able to manage a fluctuating workload and successfully meet challenging deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach, with the confidence to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
