As a Senior/Principal Civil Engineer, you'll be part of our dynamic and multidisciplinary Water Engineering team, working on exciting projects that make a real difference. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed designs for wastewater treatment work upgrades, ensuring CDM compliance throughout design and construction.
  • Produce feasibility studies, including financial and non-financial comparisons.
  • Review and verify calculations, technical reports, drawings, and models to ensure compliance with relevant standards, specifications, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with clients and AECOM counterparts to develop innovative Sustainable Drainage Designs (SUDs) and renewable energy solutions for water and wastewater sites.

Requirements:
  • Civil Engineering degree qualified.
  • Experience using AutoCAD to create design packages and check work.
  • Experience in compiling feasibility studies on wastewater treatment and/or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in the development of contract preparation and administration using NEC and/or FIDIC forms of contract.
