Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Seasonal Sales Associate. As a brand ambassador for THOMAS SABO, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our unique and expressive jewellery and accessories.
About the Role:
This is a fixed-term contract until 5th January 2025, working 15 hours per week. You will be based in Watford and will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers
- Promoting our products and offers to customers
- Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with new products and collections
- Contributing to the overall success of the store through your sales and service skills
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally within premium retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for the THOMAS SABO brand and our products
- A strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
