We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage and Protection Specialist to join our team at GCB Recruitment. As a Mortgage and Protection Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on mortgage and protection products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage broking and a proven track record of success in generating new business and meeting targets. You will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with estate agency staff to ensure effective referrals and partnerships.
- Providing face-to-face advice to potential buyers in the branch and generating new business leads.
- Chasing potential leads and developing new business opportunities.
- Providing a high level of service in line with compliance and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Driven to achieve targets and ability to offer excellent customer service.
- Ability to deal with high volumes of appointments and subsequent sign-ups.
- Fully CeMAP qualified with mortgage broking experience.
- Full UK driving license.
What We Offer:
- Basic salary £22,000 - £28,000.
- Strong commission structure.
- OTE £50,000 - £70,000.
- Car allowance or car.
- Great progression opportunities.
