Care Professional

At Home Instead, we're looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as Evening Care Assistants. As a Care Professional, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to clients, promoting independence and dignity.
- Assist with daily activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Foster a safe and nurturing environment, encouraging social interaction and engagement.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
We offer:
- Competitive pay - £13.15 per hour.
- Minimum 1-hour calls – with client matching for continuity.
- Schedule Availability - We're looking for candidates who are available to work from 5pm to 10:30pm and weekends all-day.

No experience or qualifications necessary, as we have a streamlined recruitment process which includes a two-day induction, with online e-learning, in a supportive environment.
