SLS Recruitment is seeking an experienced project manager to oversee the conversion of a large existing dwelling into 17 flats in the Stirling area.

Job Details

Job type: Full-time or part-time - employed or self-employed contractor.

Salary: Up to £60k pro rata.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the development, including procuring materials and managing labour.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor and control project costs and timelines.
  • Develop and implement project plans and strategies.

Requirements:
