Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Kitchen Porter to join our Catering and Kitchens team at The London Clinic. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen facilities, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and supporting our chefs and kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and moving deliveries in a timely manner to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Ensuring correct stock rotation and inventory management on a daily basis.
  • Following cleaning schedules and tasks to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Assisting in the organization of daily workload with the supervision of the Kitchen Porter Supervisor.
Requirements
  • Level 1 Food Hygiene certification or higher.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a busy kitchen setting.
  • Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
