A fantastic role has emerged for a Management Accountant to contribute to our esteemed organization, Grupo Mantra. In this pivotal position, you will oversee daily and monthly financial reporting tasks across various properties. This role allows you to collaborate closely with the finance department, gaining invaluable insights into the accounting landscape while playing a crucial part in the success of a leading name in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the finance department in fulfilling financial reporting obligations on a monthly and yearly basis.
  • Evaluate monthly performance metrics, pinpointing opportunities for enhancement in Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
  • Track and support the achievement of essential business indicators related to revenue and expenditures.
  • Participate in the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes to aid strategic planning.
  • Deliver precise and prompt financial and operational data to management teams.
  • Engage in discussions about actionable insights and improvement strategies with relevant department heads.
  • Work in tandem with the Corporate Head Office and Regional Finance teams.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant higher education qualification.
  • Pursuing CA/CPA certification is a plus.
  • Several years of experience in a comparable position.
  • Strong analytical and numerical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Willingness to adapt working hours to meet business requirements.
