Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing sales invoices from remote teams
  • Reviewing supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and consistency with internal systems
  • Addressing supplier statement inquiries
  • Distributing copies of invoices and related documentation to clients
  • Establishing new supplier and customer accounts
  • Conducting credit control to facilitate timely payments
  • Managing the accounts inbox and addressing queries
  • Performing bank reconciliations and allocating payments in GBP, USD, and EUR
  • Conducting basic credit checks

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a comparable position, such as Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant, Finance Administrator, or similar roles
  • Ability to communicate effectively within a small team
  • Willingness to learn and develop in the role
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and basic Excel skills
