As a Senior Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the Group Director to oversee engineering resources, client requirements, and ensuring successful project delivery
• Contributing to the strategic direction of the structural division
• Communicating with clients, architects, designers, and construction teams
• Leading a team of engineers
• Overseeing design documentation for in-house CAD specialists and other design team members
• Assisting in the marketing and expansion of the firm's services

Essential Qualifications:

• Experienced Structural Engineer with a background in managing large-scale residential/commercial projects (traditional and piled foundations, high-rise concrete and steel structures)
• Proven experience in team leadership
• Capable of performing calculations when required
• Familiarity with CAD methodologies
