Junior Legal Advisor - Permanent Position

Our client, a leading provider of advanced technological and engineering solutions for complex infrastructure and plants, is seeking a Junior Legal Advisor to join their legal team in Surrey.

Key Requirements

• Degree in law

• Professional qualification in law (SQE, LPC, BVC or the equivalent)

• 2-5 years of experience in a corporate setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across different levels of the organization

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Business level proficiency in a foreign language (French, German, Norwegian or Chinese) is an advantage

Role and Responsibilities

As a Junior Legal Advisor at STARPLEX LIMITED t/a Woodland Consultancy Services, you will be responsible for providing legal support to the company's operations in Surrey. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing legal advice and guidance to the company's management and employees

• Conducting research and analysis on legal matters

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with legal requirements

• Staying up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations

• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients

• Working closely with the company's management to develop and implement legal strategies

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of legal matters

• Participating in training and development programs to enhance legal knowledge and skills

• Contributing to the company's goal of providing excellent legal services to its clients

• Working collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives

• Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive legal information

• Adhering to the company's policies and procedures

• Performing other duties as required by the company
