Lead Learning Designer

University College of Estate Management (UCEM) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Learning Designer to join our Digital Learning and Media Services Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the design and development of high-quality digital learning experiences for our students.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop engaging and effective online learning experiences that meet the needs of our students.
- Oversee the development of curriculum and learning materials, ensuring they are aligned with our strategic vision and goals.
- Contribute to the evaluation and research of online learning and digital projects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- Coach and mentor colleagues on best practices in online educational design and delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and technologies in online pedagogy, ensuring our learning experiences are innovative and effective.
- Proven track record of effective project management, including planning, allocating work, leading meetings, prioritizing tasks, and reporting progress.
- Knowledge of current digital education theories and approaches, including teaching, learning, and assessment design.
- Experience in designing and developing online learning experiences, including curriculum development and learning materials.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
