As the Assistant Manager for Hospitality Operations, you will be integral to maintaining seamless hotel operations and ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Relations and Development: Cultivate strong relationships with guests, promptly addressing any escalated concerns with professionalism.
Operational Management: Primarily engaged in the Open Lobby while also collaborating with various hotel departments, including Reception, Conference & Events, Restaurant, and Bar.
Support for Management: Aid the Hotel Services Manager (HSM) for Front Office and HSM for Food & Beverage in their daily functions, stepping in to provide management coverage when necessary.
