Role Objective
Reporting directly to the Head Chef, the Assistant Kitchen Manager plays a crucial role in facilitating the efficient management of kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality culinary offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing kitchen operations for the hotel.
- Exemplify outstanding food production standards.
- Guide and mentor our talented culinary team.
- Support the Head Chef in their responsibilities and step in as needed.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a chef in hotel environments or similar settings.
