Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager, you will be tasked with driving and managing profitable sales growth within your assigned territory. This role requires you to lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of your sales team, which includes conducting KPI assessments and participating in joint client meetings. The position is dynamic and challenging, as you will also be responsible for developing and refining sales processes and systems, while offering insights for enhancements.
Travel Requirements:
This position necessitates significant travel across various regions.
Ideal Candidates Will Possess:
- A solid history of sales success in the pump or equipment rental sectors
- Experience in leading and nurturing effective field sales teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to create proposals and deliver presentations to senior stakeholders
- Proven negotiation abilities and a commitment to surpassing client expectations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems
- A valid driving license
