HGV Class 1 Driver

Pertemps is working in partnership with the Royal Mail to recruit HGV/LGV C+E Class 1 Drivers for various locations across the country.
We are seeking experienced drivers who can work independently and as part of a team to transport parcels and mail between depots. The ideal candidate will have a valid HGV/LGV C+E license, a minimum of 2 years' experience, and a clean driving record.
The role offers competitive pay rates, a guaranteed minimum daily hours, and the option to lock into a desired shift pattern. Additionally, drivers will receive accrued holiday pay, access to a pension, and a range of benefits.
To be eligible for this role, you must have held your HGV/LGV C+E license for a minimum of 2 years with no more than 5 penalty points. You will also need to have a minimum of 180 days' driving experience within the last 2 years and no more than 10 infringements over a 12-month period.
We are unable to accept any drivers with DD, DR, IN, or CD endorsements. Due to the nature of our client's business, you will be required to clear a CRB security check following the point of registration.
