Pertemps Network Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance and Funding Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the compliance and funding processes of our apprenticeship programs.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure audit success by working closely with learners and internal teams to gather and maintain compliant evidence.
- Collaborate with the training provider to develop and maintain detailed learner files that meet audit and funding requirements.
- Collect and review learner evidence to support accurate and timely funding claims.
- Regularly review apprenticeship learner records to ensure compliance with ESFA, AEB, and other relevant funding rules.
- Assist the delivery team in verifying that learner files align with audit frameworks and identifying compliance gaps.
- Maintain regular contact with learners and teams via telephone, Teams/Zoom, and in-person meetings.
- Take full ownership of ensuring learner files are ready for ILR submission and audit compliance.
- Strong understanding of ESFA funding rules, Apprenticeships, AEB, and other funding regulations in the education sector.
- Experience in managing compliance within the adult education sector, especially with apprenticeship and learner files.
- Proactive and tenacious with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
- Flexible working with the ability to manage your own schedule.
