About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training and Compliance Coordinator to join our team at West London NHS Trust. As a key member of our Temporary Staffing Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that bank staff are up to date with mandatory training and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate mandatory training compliance for bank staff, ensuring they are aware of and meet all necessary training requirements.
  • Monitor compliance of DBS, right to work, and professional registration for bank staff.
  • Develop and maintain professional working relationships with bank staff, Ward/Department Managers, Learning and Development Departments, and Human Resource colleagues.
  • Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective collaboration and coordination.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 4 or equivalent experience.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate databases.
  • Ability to research and analyse data.
