Seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our care team at Rochcare.

We are a family-run business providing quality residential care homes and support services to older people and those living with dementia. Our care homes are designed to provide a safe and homely environment for our residents, and we are committed to delivering exceptional care and support.

As a Senior Carer, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work as part of a dedicated team to deliver person-centered care, promoting independence and dignity for all residents.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support to residents, including personal care, medication management, and mobility assistance.

• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.

• Participate in care planning and review, ensuring that individual care needs are met and that care plans are up-to-date.

• Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver person-centered care, promoting independence and dignity for all residents.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including care plans, medication records, and incident reports.

Requirements

• Right to live and work in the UK

• A kind, patient, and compassionate nature

• Good English, numeracy, and writing skills

• Good communication and listening skills

• A social care qualification, such as Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care
