Logistics Operations Administrator

We are recruiting an experienced logistics operations administrator on behalf of a client based in Stafford Park, Telford.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. Temporary to permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule logistics activities, including creating In Transits, Smartjob routes, and Smartworks routes.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as booking accommodation for teams, preparing Operations Packs, and managing operational documentation.
  • Track and sign off times for logistics teams, accurately log crew hours, and maintain the OPS workbook with relevant operational data.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in logistics administration or a related field.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage various tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of UK transport regulations, HSE and H&S laws, and compliance.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
