About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and confident commercial property lawyer to join our team at Tameside Council. As a key member of our service, you will play a prominent role in the UK's largest LGPS Fund, working on complex aspects of legal work arising from the Pension Fund's day-to-day activities.

The successful candidate will have substantial PQE and a desire to become a successful LGPS lawyer within a supportive environment. You will be responsible for dealing with senior contacts at major global property firms and their advisers, working on complex landlord and tenant commercial property transactions.
