About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team at Greencore Group Ltd. as a Night Shift Warehouse Operative. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for processing finished Greencore-Prepared meals products through to the point of despatch to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Processing: Ensure that finished products are accurately processed and prepared for despatch to our customers.
  • Order Fulfillment: Work in a small team to pick the correct products for customer orders and ensure that orders are loaded onto vehicles for delivery.
  • Quality and Safety: Maintain a high level of quality and safety in all aspects of your work, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • English and Maths: A good level of English and Maths is essential for this role.
  • Availability: You must be available to work a 4 on 4 off night shift pattern, including some weekends.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, although not essential.
  • Food Manufacturing: Ideally, you will have experience working in a food manufacturing environment, although this is not essential.
  • Health and Safety: You must be able to work in a safe manner and consider the safety of others.
  • Teamwork: You will be working as part of a small team, so good communication and teamwork skills are essential.
