As a Project Governance and Reporting Specialist, you will assist the Head of Operational Projects & Logistics Business Planning in the development and oversight of various initiatives, programs, and continuous enhancement projects within the department. Your primary duties will encompass enhancing the accuracy of reported data, ensuring compliance with the program framework, overseeing project governance, and supporting risk management efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitor and manage performance reporting for programs.
- Establish and uphold frameworks for effective Programme and Project Management.
- Oversee capacity planning and resource allocation services.
- Document Risks, Issues, Assumptions, Dependencies, and Opportunities.
- Generate regular progress reports and updates for risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with data custodians to identify and structure necessary data for KPI development.
- Assist in the creation and updating of presentation materials for senior leadership discussions.
- Maintain governance documentation across various programs and projects.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.
- Prior experience in a PMO or reporting role supporting project initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with a knack for influencing decisions.
