Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Medical Sales Representative to join our team. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. You will also be required to undertake physical tasks safely and work autonomously as well as being a team player.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Be the first face the customer sees as they enter the branch and welcome them with a warm greeting. Ensure all hardware deliveries are put away and shelves are fully stocked. Serve customers and ensure they receive an outstanding customer experience.
- Sales and Processing: Process sales and put quotes together for customers. Clean the hardware area and counter, ensuring it is neat and tidy at all times.
- Physical Tasks: Undertake physical tasks safely, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
- Customer Service Skills: A passion and ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build great relationships.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
