Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Leicestershire - Salary up to £39,000

CBW Staffing Solutions is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a static Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a prominent facilities management organization. This role involves overseeing a commercial property in a permanent, full-time capacity, working 40 hours per week without the requirement for on-call duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform reactive maintenance on all systems as necessary
  • Ensure routine servicing is conducted on all electrical and mechanical systems
  • Handle plumbing tasks such as unblocking toilets and replacing taps and washers
  • Monitor BMS Systems (i.e., hot and cold)
  • Execute all aspects of mechanical and electrical (M&E) and fabric maintenance
  • Maintain and update maintenance logbooks
  • Adhere to Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance protocols
  • Change taps and washers as required
  • Conduct repairs and servicing of mechanical and electrical equipment, including PPM and reactive tasks
  • Prioritize tasks effectively within contract constraints
  • Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to achieve objectives
  • Provide information for pricing M&E works for minor projects and maintenance as needed
Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in a maintenance environment
  • Familiarity with electrical systems management and documentation
  • Background in working with critical business equipment
  • Post-apprenticeship experience in a maintenance setting
  • Desirable knowledge of complex mechanical systems
  • Strong educational background with proficiency in written and spoken English and basic math skills
  • Recognized electrical qualifications
  • City & Guilds 17th Edition in Electrical Installations
  • City & Guilds Test and Inspection certification
Compensation & Benefits:
