Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Waiter to join our dynamic team at Sexy Fish Manchester. As a Junior Waiter, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Order Management: Assist waiters with food and beverage orders, relaying them to the kitchen in a timely manner.
• Table Setup: Place new tablecloths, plates, cutlery, and glasses, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Service Delivery: Ensure seamless and timely service, anticipating and exceeding guests' expectations.
• Guest Inquiries: Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with finesse and courtesy.
• Order Accuracy: Assist in creating bills by providing accurate order information.

Requirements:

• Previous Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant environment, preferably in a high-end establishment.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
