Job Title: Network Risk Team Lead

WTW is seeking a highly skilled Network Risk Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Research Network, you will play a critical role in supporting our efforts to be the best risk advisors for clients and shape the WTW view of risk.

About the Role

This is a 12-month fixed-term parental leave cover position, reporting to the Head of Emerging Risks. You will be responsible for delivering and coordinating structured and ongoing horizon scanning for risk trends across geographies and industries, and supporting scenario-based consultancy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the WRN Head of Emerging Risks to provide applied risk management insight on emerging risks and risk management frameworks
  • Support scenario design and trends analysis to inform our approach to emerging risks advisory services and overall WTW strategy
  • Collaborate with key WTW commercial teams across key business segments to identify clients/prospects who would benefit from emerging risks and futures thinking
  • Work with our Innovation team to identify emerging trends and feed into the WTW innovation strategy
Requirements
  • Client-facing experience in risk management or a related discipline
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of scenario analysis and developing risk assessment tools
  • Proven record in foresight, academia, and interest in bridging the gap between research and industry
  • Proven experience in writing articles/blogs/commentaries on areas of relevance
  • Genuine interest and ability to adapt and learn new areas of expertise to address an evolving risk landscape
  • Understanding of enterprise risk management, foresight, qualitative and quantitative scenarios, and the practicalities of associated with modelling and implementation
  • Excellent presentation skills with experience of presenting technical information to a large audience of varied stakeholders from junior executive to CEO
