We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced South Indian Chef to lead our culinary operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting authentic Andhra and Telangana dishes, including appetizers, roti, curries, and Hyderabadi Biryani.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine traditional recipes to maintain quality and consistency.
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
• Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory, and cost control.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Collaborate with management to create special promotions and seasonal dishes.

Requirements:

• Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in high-end restaurants or hotels.
• Creativity in menu development while maintaining traditional flavors.
• Knowledge of other South Indian cuisines is a plus.
