About the Role

Falcon Green Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for providing expert cost management and estimation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cost Estimation and Management: Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects.
  • Quantity Take-Offs and Measurements: Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements from architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Cost Analysis and Forecasting: Conduct cost analyses and cost forecasting to support project planning and decision-making.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of quantity surveyors, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure cost control and effective project delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within a Main Contractor environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge and practical application of the JCT contract.
  • Qualifications and Skills: Relevant industry qualifications and strong communication and negotiation skills.
