Construction Law Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Law Specialist to join our team at Walker Morris LLP. As a Senior Associate or Director, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on transactional and non-contentious construction law matters.
About the Role- Director - A solicitor with at least 10 years' experience in transactional/non-contentious construction law, who has experience of supervising others, working as a team, and leading on matters independently with minimal supervision from Partners.
- Senior Associate (Non-Contentious) - A specialist in transactional construction law with a minimum of 4 years' experience.
Our Construction & Engineering team covers the whole spectrum of the construction industry, from traditional developments to complex projects in areas such as energy and infrastructure. You'll get exposure to a number of growing and emerging sectors, and work with a variety of clients including listed companies, local authorities, and educational institutions.

- Annual Leave - minimum of 25 days per year, increasing to 31 days with length of service. Also, buy/sell holidays up to 5 days per year.
- Bonus Scheme - our annual bonus scheme recognises outstanding contributions to the firm and our ambitions. All solicitors are eligible, subject to meeting the criteria of the scheme with opportunity to earn up to 35% bonus.
- Paid Sabbatical Scheme - accrue up to 2 weeks' sabbatical over a 2-year period, or 4 weeks' sabbatical over 3 years.
