As an Operations Supervisor, you will be stationed at one of our operational facilities.
Participate in pre-shift briefings with your team and ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and the day's operational priorities.
While you will escalate any issues to your manager, there may be instances where you are the most senior individual on shift, providing guidance to your team to accomplish their tasks effectively.

We primarily focus on operational excellence, with shifts available around the clock in most locations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Advanced proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken.
- Experience in data analytics and utilizing metrics to identify operational challenges.
- Proficient in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) within a professional setting.
- Experience in stakeholder management, including the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Background in an operational setting, such as logistics, retail, hospitality, or customer service.
- Upper intermediate proficiency in English.
