We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and repairing plant equipment and machinery across our site, while supervising a team to achieve overall customer requirements and full compliance with Company and statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and machinery across the site.
- Manage and prioritize all service activities to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
- Procure external services and spares as required.
- Manage Contractors in delivering services onsite and ensure full compliance with relevant Site safety rules.
- Identify and review training and maintenance of staff competence.
- Coordinate and support breakdown diagnostics, repairs, and corrective maintenance.
- Maintenance checks and remedial repairs in line with processes.
- Manage the engineering stores and identify gaps in criticality of provision.
- Contribute to the collection of data and the generation of KPI reporting.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management at all levels.
Requirements:
- ILM Level 3 in supervisory management or equivalent experience.
- Ability to diagnose faults on a wide range of engineering equipment.
- Monday to Friday, days only, working 8:00am until 4:30pm.
