**Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and repairing plant equipment and machinery across our site, while supervising a team to achieve overall customer requirements and full compliance with Company and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and machinery across the site.
  • Manage and prioritize all service activities to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  • Procure external services and spares as required.
  • Manage Contractors in delivering services onsite and ensure full compliance with relevant Site safety rules.
  • Identify and review training and maintenance of staff competence.
  • Coordinate and support breakdown diagnostics, repairs, and corrective maintenance.
  • Maintenance checks and remedial repairs in line with processes.
  • Manage the engineering stores and identify gaps in criticality of provision.
  • Contribute to the collection of data and the generation of KPI reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management at all levels.

Requirements:

  • ILM Level 3 in supervisory management or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to diagnose faults on a wide range of engineering equipment.
  • Monday to Friday, days only, working 8:00am until 4:30pm.
