About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Banking Professional to join our team at JP Morgan Chase Bank, National Association. As a key member of our Corporate & Investment Bank, you will play a pivotal role in the origination and execution of investment banking mandates across all major product areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the full cycle of transactional execution, including preparing marketing pitches, reviewing and formulating financial analysis, and presenting internal committee memoranda and client presentations.
  • Develop strong functional skills in major areas of investment banking and become a senior client executive capable of generating and executing own transactions.
  • Work closely with expert professionals to execute transactions and discuss strategic alternatives with clients.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to junior team members.
Requirements
  • Relevant full-time prior experience in investment banking as part of a country or sector coverage team, with a track record of assisting with executing M&A and capital markets transactions.
  • Ability to comfortably interact with clients in-person and virtually in a professional and mature manner.
  • Proven financial modelling/valuation skills and experience in working with corporate finance-related topics.
  • Ability to handle pressure while multitasking on numerous projects.
  • High level of work ethic, comfortable working in a team environment, and willing to coach junior team members.
