About The Role

TC Facilities Management is seeking a skilled Counterbalance FLT Driver to support our clients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Location: Barlborough, S43 Working hours: 19:30 - 07:30, 4 on 4 off Salary: £13.82 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough pre-use checks on FLT equipment and log any issues
  • Operate FLT machinery safely and efficiently within ABA guidelines
  • Report any problems or concerns to your Manager promptly
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries
  • Assist with cleaning tasks as required and maintain a clean working environment
  • Perform Decontamination Cleans as requested by the Client
  • Ensure a smooth handover to colleagues at the end of each shift
  • Participate in required training and development opportunities
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and processes

Requirements:

  • Accredited or In-house B1 Counterbalance Certificate of Basic Training dated within the last 3 years
