About the Role

We are seeking a proactive mental health recovery practitioner with leadership skills to join our supported living service team. As a Recovery Service Coordinator, you will work with service users, their families, and other agencies to assess needs and plan a successful transition into the service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess service user needs and develop outcome-based support plans
  • Work with service users, families, and agencies to achieve goals and promote independence
  • Lead on partnership working with statutory mental health services and voluntary agencies
  • Manage and deploy the staff team to ensure effective service delivery
  • Represent the organisation and promote the service to referrers and potential service users
Requirements
  • Relevant experience of working with people with mental health needs
  • Knowledge of mental health needs/conditions, recovery principles, and helpful interventions
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage a team
  • Ability to work collaboratively with service users, families, and agencies
