Key Responsibilities:- Work collaboratively with our team to create a safe and supportive learning environment for children.
- Plan and implement activities that promote children's development and learning.
- Interact positively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure individual needs are met.
- Adhere to nursery routines and policies, seeking guidance from leadership as needed.
- Manage time effectively to meet coursework deadlines.
- Competitive hourly pay rate with opportunities for increases.
- Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and Level 2 Functional Skills qualifications.
- Paediatric First Aid qualification and a permanent contract upon successful completion.
- Childcare discount, fully-paid enhanced DBS check, and complimentary meals.
- 23 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays, and the option to buy and sell days.
- Annual conference and awards event recognizing individual and team achievements.
