MBR Dental is assisting a well-established dental practice in Godalming, Surrey, to find an Associate Dentist for their growing team.

  • Practice Overview: This independent practice boasts a long history of providing comprehensive dental care, including general dentistry, cosmetic procedures, dental implants, and endodontics. They are currently expanding from 3 to 5 surgeries, reflecting their commitment to growth and patient satisfaction.
  • Team & Environment: The practice is home to an experienced team of dental professionals, including skilled dental nurses and a dedicated dental hygiene/therapist. The modern environment features state-of-the-art equipment such as digital X-rays, rotary endo, a microscope, Itero scanner, OPG, intra-oral cameras, and a CBCT scanner.
  • Patient Base: The practice has an established patient list with a mix of NHS/FPI and private patients.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
    • Flexible UDA allocation based on performance levels.
    • Negotiable UDA value.
    • 50/50 split of Private/Lab fees.
    • Full-time position with part-time options considered.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm
  • Ideal Candidate: A general dentist practitioner is required. Invisalign certification is advantageous but not essential.
