Integral UK is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Category Manager to join our growing team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing category strategies for Hard Facilities Management (FM) services across the UK market. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring we secure optimal value, quality, and performance from our suppliers.
Your Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive category management plans for Hard FM services, encompassing all aspects from sourcing to contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify key suppliers, understand industry trends, and develop robust procurement strategies.
- Manage a portfolio of Hard FM suppliers, ensuring they consistently deliver high-quality services that meet our exacting standards. This includes performance monitoring, risk assessment, and proactive issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across various departments to understand their requirements and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Negotiate and secure favorable contracts with suppliers, maximizing value for Integral UK while maintaining strong relationships.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes within the Hard FM sector.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in category management, ideally within the Hard FM domain.
- You possess a strong understanding of Hard FM services and the UK market landscape.
- Your expertise extends to supplier management techniques, including commercial performance evaluation, risk mitigation, and relationship building.
- You are a skilled negotiator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred. Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPM, ACCA, CIP, IMC, or an MBA would be highly advantageous.
