Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Evidence Reviewer and Court Processor to join our team at Service Care Solutions - Social Work. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective prosecution of road traffic offences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evidential Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews of digital and manual submissions of road traffic offences, ensuring that offenders are brought to justice through the court process or educational diversion courses.
  • Case Management: Input relevant collision and ticket information onto Force systems, such as Crash and Pentip, to facilitate the progression of cases through the Single Justice System.
  • Prosecution Support: Collaborate with partnership agencies, including the Crown Prosecution Service, court staff, and police officers, to ensure successful prosecutions and effective case management.
  • Expert Advice: Provide specialist advice and support to improve the performance and quality of submissions, sharing knowledge with colleagues and external partners to enhance the prosecution process.
  • Court Liaison: Work closely with external partners, such as the Crown Prosecution Service and the Courts, to negotiate and arrange effective court hearings and trials.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a proven ability to work independently and on your own initiative, with a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Possess excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, MS Word, and Excel.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain effective working relationships with a range of individuals, both internal and external to the organization.
  • Time Management: Demonstrate strong time management and planning skills, with the ability to adjust plans as needed.
  • Criminal Justice Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of the Criminal Justice System, particularly in relation to road traffic offences.
