About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our Programme Delivery Practice, you will play a vital role in enabling organisations to achieve maximum benefits from digital transformation and innovative operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of project delivery, including forecasting, change management, and risk management.
  • Work directly with clients to identify, shape, and manage better delivery capabilities.
  • Lead high-performing and technical multi-disciplinary teams to deliver products or outputs to time, cost, and quality.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnership-level relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop solutions to complex problems.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of structured and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and develop solutions to complex problems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience working in the UK Defence & Security sector is advantageous.
