We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to oversee, nurture, and expand our vital relationships with top-tier clients at designated sites. This role serves as the primary liaison for our customers, ensuring their needs are met while promoting our comprehensive range of service offerings, including parts, consumables, and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust, long-lasting connections with key decision-makers at assigned accounts. Act as the main point of contact for all sales-related activities, ensuring alignment with our internal frameworks to retain and engage significant customers.
- Customer Needs Assessment: Gain a thorough understanding of client operations and their strategic objectives. Conduct regular visits and meetings to gather insights and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for collaboration.
- Proposal Development & Deal Closure: Create and present high-quality proposals and presentations that reflect our value proposition. Manage the sales cycle from initial engagement to final agreement.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales metrics, including pipeline development and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
What You Bring:
- Proven ability to build relationships and establish credibility with clients and internal teams.
- Knowledge or experience in mining or mineral processing, with an understanding of how our products fit into these sectors.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to support team members and contribute to a collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
