Early Years Foundation Stage Assistant Position

We are seeking a dedicated **Early Years Foundation Stage Assistant** to support the educational journey of young learners. This role focuses on fostering a positive and enriching environment for children aged 3 to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside EYFS educators to provide exceptional early childhood education.
  • Encourage the growth and development of children through engaging activities.
  • Establish a safe, nurturing, and stimulating atmosphere for young children.
  • Facilitate activities that enhance children's physical, emotional, and social skills.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of educational resources.
  • Monitor and record children's developmental progress and behavior.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Possess a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
  • Successful completion of an Enhanced DBS check is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
  • Exhibit patience and empathy when interacting with young children.
