About the Role
We are seeking a Part Time Shopfloor Sales Assistant to join our team at Selco Builders Warehouse. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience in our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service to customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Stock Management
- Merchandise stock displays and replenish shelves across the branch, ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing way.
- Equipment Operation
- Operate specialist equipment such as the sawmill, paint mixers and forklifts, ensuring that they are used safely and efficiently.
- Manual Handling
- Assist with manual handling tasks, such as moving stock and equipment, and make reasonable adjustments if required.
