Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving our menu items to the highest standards as per company specifications to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat visits
- Upholding food hygiene and health & safety regulations within the establishment and completing necessary documentation
- Receiving deliveries and ensuring proper food storage
- Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
The ideal candidate will possess a proactive, hands-on attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
Prior experience in a busy kitchen is essential; however, further training and development will be provided both in-house and at our Development Kitchen.
