Senior Town Planner Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Senior Chartered Town Planner to join our client in Bradford, shaping the future of urban landscape through sustainable, vibrant, and innovative communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage complex planning projects from inception to successful completion.
  2. Engage with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to understand needs, address concerns, and drive consensus.
  3. Conduct comprehensive research, analysis, and assessments to inform strategic planning decisions.
  4. Craft and submit robust planning applications, reports, and appeals.
  5. Stay abreast of evolving planning regulations, policies, and urban development trends.

Requirements:

  1. Full membership with the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
  2. A degree in Urban Planning, Geography, Architecture, or a related field.
  3. A minimum of 7 years of demonstrable experience in town planning, preferably within London.
  4. Proven expertise in leading and delivering successful planning projects.
  5. Proficiency in planning software and GIS tools.
