Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our team at The Station Tap. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef with orders, stock taking, food hygiene, and maintaining kitchen equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef with food preparation and presentation
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Support with stock taking and inventory management
  • Ensure high standards of food hygiene and safety
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and report any issues to the Head Chef

Requirements

  • Passion for hospitality and a willingness to learn new skills
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to work accurately
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment is desirable
